Today, we went to the local Santa Claus Parade. We (my mom and I) took Holly and Mehr. It was actually really nice - we got to stop in at Starbucks and then basically choose a spot anywhere along the route we wanted - no crowds! Unlike the parade downtown, where you have to wait for hours, and the crowds are huge. We got some free things handed to us during the parade, like recycle bags, candy canes, pens, etc.
After the parade, we went to see the lighting of the Christmas tree. We ran into Charlie, another of the girls in Holly & Mehr's class.
